Odour Assessments

CTI has gained considerable experience in dealing with odour issues related to air emissions. Work has been completed on behalf of clients active in waste processing, composting, painting, and organic material drying.
Projects have been completed that were initiated as a result of complaints by neighbours, obtaining information that was used in the design of new facilities, assessing the impact on proposed new residential developments in the area of industry, and the confirmation of design specifications of odour control equipment.
In addressing odour issues we may perform stack testing to measure levels of odours being emitted from a point source, use a flux monitor to assess odour levels from a bio filter and use of a hand held scentometer to quantify ambient odour levels.
